Spring 1997 - Cincinnati to Yukon

Day 17 - Cincinnati, OH
17 April 1997 (cold to very cold; flurries; mileage = 0) -- X - Got up
relatively early (8:30). Called around for items yet to get. Did laundry.
Brought in everything from outside and worked on packing it. Redid guy
lines and draw strings. Cut up Michigan atlas. Made strawberries and coffee
(a) and I made burritos using our cookset and the new double boil method.
When the kids got home, we helped Sarah try to prove that the acceleration
of gravity was constant. We could not. We also helped with other homework.
Back to more packing. I also had a very fun raging battle with Al and Sarah
and inflatable bats. Spent a lot of time trying to repair a bad valve stem
on a new continental tube. It's the tube that I rode to the store with
yesterday and this morning; it was flat. This is a very troubling problem.
