Luxemburg! NICE! Wow, this tiny country is one of the nicest places I've ever ridden a bike. One of the main reasons was the extensive network of former railbeds that are now immaculate bike paths. Here, for example, is a lit tunnel. In all I think there was a couple of km of tunnels. Superb riding.
