I had made good time on this day and at 172 km, something happened that hardly ever happens - I found a good place to stay. Usually, I find about 10 great places to stay each day, but during the first half of my ride. Here the timing worked out great. For $16, I had a super room in the attic of the building shown (the skylights on the left). The room had a nice glass display case in it with a bunch of antiques in it. Nothing was locked. Wow.
