Near Kingman, AZ	8 February 1998
What a terrible night this was. It was raining on us (yes in the middle of a very dry desert) and we were looking for a place to put the tent. The only place out of site from the road was behind a raised railroad track. It was filthy dirty with the rain and every so often, a train would come and create a serious local earthquake. It was quite unnerving to sleep with that going on.
